Now… back to my foggy road-trip photos.
So… I was trying to capture the foggy Columbus skyline, and I happen to glance over toward the car beside us. There a jolly, older man is trying to get my attention. He points at my camera, pantomimes clicking the shutter, and says “Take my picture!” [That is if I can trust my minute lip-reading skills.] I quickly turned my camera and tried to get a shot of him. I was having difficulty and lowered my camera to look at it. He assumed I captured the image, gave me a huge grin, the peace sign, and went merrily on his way.
Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo of him… but at least we shared happiness.
Moral of the story: One can never tell what may happen when someone notices a camera. :)
